ABOUT ESTHER4 PROJECT™

Voices Matter.

Stories Matter.

Visions Matter.

Some voices were never meant to stay silent.

Some stories were meant to challenge what has been accepted for too long.

And some ideas carry the potential to create meaningful change but need the right people, strategy,

systems, and support behind them.

Esther4 Project™ was built for that work.

Founded by speaker, author, advocate, and entrepreneur Kerri Heddell, Esther4 Project™ is a creative,

business, speaking, and advocacy platform rooted in one conviction...

Silence should never have the final word.

The Meaning Behind Esther4.

The name Esther4 Project™ is rooted in the Bible verse Esther 4:14 and its enduring message of courage, purpose, responsibility, and being positioned “for such a time as this.”

[ "For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father's family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this? ]

The message behind that verse reflects the heart of Esther4 Project™:

to recognize the moment, use your voice with courage, step forward with purpose,

and understand that influence carries responsibility.

That belief runs through every part of the Esther4 Project™ mission.

What We Believe.

We believe meaningful ideas deserve the opportunity to become something real.

We believe people carrying important messages shouldn’t have to build everything alone.

We believe creativity is stronger when backed by strategy. Strategy is stronger when backed by execution.

And influence becomes more meaningful when it is used with purpose.

Our Mission in Action.

Creatives & Support

Building the infrastructure

behind the vision.

Our team works alongside entrepreneurs, authors, speakers, executives, and visionary leaders to provide the strategy, creative services, systems, content, and support needed to move ideas forward.

Speaking & Advocacy

Taking the message to the stage.

Through keynote speaking, advocacy, media, and thought leadership, Kerri Heddell speaks about domestic violence and coercive control, human trafficking and exploitation, mental health and radical resilience, and courageous leadership.

Project 414

Building toward restoration.

As Esther4 Project™ grows, our long-term vision extends toward Project 414, a future nonprofit initiative envisioned to provide resources, support, and restoration for survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking.

Two Branches.One Mission.

One takes a message to the stage.

The other helps build what happens behind it.

Both are rooted in the belief that voices matter, stories matter,

and meaningful ideas deserve the opportunity to create impact.

Breaking The Silence. Reclaiming Your Voice.
